General Announcements: February 28, 2016

  • You are welcome here today! We are glad to have you with us, taking time out to come into God’s house. Here at Christ’s Chapel, all are welcome to worship and grow in the Lord. Let this be your time to come before God in confession, in communion, in prayer and worship. As you take this time with the Lord, listen for His voice. He will speak by His word and through His people. Today we welcome Student Minister Jabez Manuel to pulpit ministry! May you be strengthened in your walk with your Savior.   • Easter Building Fund Campaign Is Underway! As the church enters into the season of remembrance sacrifice given by Christ Jesus for God’s people, Christ’s Chapel opens the annual building fund campaign. This is your opportunity to make a sacrificial commitment for the care of the House of God and the grounds for the year ahead. Give or pledge today as the Lord leads. All funds committed to the Building Fund are used for care and upkeep of the House of God.
  • Temperatures are rising this week! On Tuesday March 1st, the church will begin cleanup of the grounds in preparation for the upcoming Easter celebrations. After what seems like forever, we will begin to spruce up!! Join with us this Tuesday for an afternoon of cleanup. 12-5PM.
  • Thursday March 3 at 6:45 The Grace and Mercy of God is our topic. If you have every wondered, “Just how does the mercy of God apply to my life?”, come let us explore scripture to understand what we believe and why. The Unity of the Faith study is an exploration of the Word of God, for all the topics that build unity in the Church. Come, join in, and let God speak over your life. Pastor Simeon leading. Thursdays 6:45-8:15. Praise, study and prayer! You are welcome!
  • Wednesday March 2 at 6:45: Christ Chapel will hold it’s annual ministry reporting and membership meeting. All are welcome. Come, hear of the success of the ministry over 2015 and the vision for 2016!
  • Christ’s Chapel at Ashbridge Congregation. Services held 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th Sundays at 2PM in community room. Bible Studies held each Wednesday at 3:15 in the meeting room. Bring a friend. All welcome!
  • March 13th at 6:00PM – Women of Influence fellowship – All Elder and all younger women: Save the Date and plan to be with us for a great time of prayer and praise together.Women giving glory to God with the women of the church.
  • Ministry Opportunity: Set up and Tear Down Crew members needed. Responsibility: Set up and tear down of chairs and tables, trash, vacuum and general cleanup for All Church Fellowship once per month. Sat and Sunday hours needed. See Pastor if available.
  • Youth Nite a Success! Giving praise to God! On Friday, the 25th, Christ’s Chapel held another youth Bowling event! Ten youth came together for fellowship and a good time! Much thanks to our leadership……Jabez, Lydia, Let and Louriz for their leadership and encouragement to both the youth and their families.
  • Ministry Outreach on Sat. the 26th to Simpson Meadows community by our Christ’s Chapel women was a blessing to all in attendance!! God bless our women serving unto the Lord.
